The portfolio model
We ship mid-scope multiplayer titles on a shared technical spine — auth, seasons, payments, live-ops tooling. Each release is cheaper to build and cheaper to launch than the last, because tooling compounds and the audience carries over. Eldrn and ClashBits are live proof of cadence; game three is in development.
The questions we always get
+Don't you lose app-store discoverability?
Store browse is dead for new titles anyway — discovery happens on social and through friends. Links win there: a store page is a detour, our games are one tap. And the web adds channels stores never had: SEO, embeds, instant virality.
+Can browser games feel native?
Try one — both our games install to the home screen, launch full-screen with their own icon, and hold 60fps on a mid-range phone. The gap closed years ago; the industry just hasn't caught up.
+What's the business model?
Free to play with strictly fair monetization: players pay for time and cosmetics, never power. Fairness is retention — nobody quits over pay-to-win because there is none — and with no 30% tax, margin per paying player is a third higher on day one.
